It has been fairly lovely weather these days, and although the shores got quiet in the autumn & winter, I sometimes miss those summer days.
このところ心地よい秋の空気感ですが、いかがお過ごしでしょうか？ 🌸 ビーチもすっかり静かで、夏の賑わいがなつかしい気がします。
How are the things with you?
This year in the early summer just after my mum's memorial service back in my hometown, I met one person by opportunity, who had been working all years at the navy.
今年は初夏に、実家母の法要を終えた後、ある方との出会いがありまして。
長年 navyで仕事をされてきた人で、ちょっと独特な雰囲気があって私は関心を引かれました。
At first because this person was somewhat mysterious in a way that I could not imagine his occupation, however on the shore one night he talked that he travelled around the world; a little about family or past each other; and I quite liked the honest and dependable atmosphere as well as photos of various hobbies including his senses.
夜の堤防で波の音を聞きながら、お互いの家族や過去について話をして、その人が色々な国へ行かれたこと。 趣味が多彩で彼が撮った写真や音楽が私は気に入って、頼りがいあって誠実な人柄と、センスが素敵だなあと感じました。 🔷
He said that he liked my fashion and also my voice, and gave me some really nice compliments. We run throuth the coastline, then as I grew up by the sea it was quite natural having coversations on embankment feeling a bit like home.
私のファッションや声がいいと褒めてくださり、海岸線を一緒に走って、自分も海の近くで育ったので彼と潮風の中にいるのはナチュラルな感じがしました。
I have seen many kinds of waves since I lived in Shonan eleven years ago, but that of this summer was perhaps in a good way rough that I was drawn and about to reach the different place.
湘南に住んで十二年目、シーズンごと色んな波を見てきましたが、この夏の大きな波は私をさらってゆきそうで、冬の合間に別の街へお引っ越しです。 🌊🌺
